About the Bay Sports Broadcasting Network

Bay Sports Broadcasting Network, LLC, “WBSBN,” is a recently established internet-based multimedia network, located in the heart of North East, Maryland, at the head of the Chesapeake Bay. WBSBN is committed to providing responsible, quality, informative and entertaining, reporting and journalism through mobile, audio and video media.

WBSBN will focus on the events, sports, commerce, news and occurrences of the Chesapeake Bay. WBSBN’s internet coverage will highlight and promote the local businesses and communities throughout the Chesapeake Bay region.

WBSBN will provide its listeners and viewers with streaming video broadcasts, promoting local Bay events including sailing regattas, poker runs, fishing tournaments, festivals and more. WBSBN’s coverage will range from the top of the Bay, including towns in Cecil County to both the eastern and western shores of the Chesapeake. From Cambridge to St. Mary’s, from Havre de Grace to Fell’s Point, from St. Michael’s to Solomon’s Island, and Chestertown to Annapolis, WBSBN will be there delving into the local communities, promoting Maryland’s vast Chesapeake Bay’s color and history, and focusing on it’s people, their livelihoods and way of life.

WBSBN believes that the internet medium will offer an affordable alternative to local business for purposes of advertising and economic growth. In addition to full service message boards, discussing bay activities such as kayaking, sailing, fishing, water skiing, hunting, and restaurant, shopping and lodging locations, WBSBN.COM will showcase merchants, both at WBSBN’s broadcasting studio, as well as, on-site interviews, taking the listener and viewer to the local business person, in their community.

Bay Sports Broadcasting Network is proud of Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay, and considers it a privilege to live and work in this vibrant waterfront community. WBSBN by promoting the Chesapeake Bay and its people and business will help to bring positive publicity, enhancement of quality of life, and economic growth to the region, while respecting the Bay’s heritage and its fragility, so that it continues to remain Maryland’s greatest asset.
