Captain Rick aboard the oldest racing yacht in the world, Elf, works his magic in the galley cooking up one of his favorite dishes The Crab Omelet.
In this recipe, sour cream reacting with egg in a slow cooking method make the omelet extra light while holding its consistency.
Rick also showcases the craftsmanship and quality of construction on the Elfs tender, Vida, constructed by the crew at Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. Vida made its debut at Philadelphias Independence Seaport Museum at the launch of the Silent Maid this year.
